Is Estrogen Really Making Your Belly FAT?

One would think that with all the research done to try and link midlife weight gain in women to changing hormone levels (menopause) science would have uncovered, or at least theorized, a solid explanation by now. But after reading the results of study after study, all that research has only proven that weight gain is largely due to lower activity levels and poor nutrition.

So, scientists have now turned their attention to uncovering why many women in midlife start to accumulate that added weight as fat in the abdominal area. While fluctuating hormone levels, particularly lower estrogen levels, may be partially responsible for the redistribution of fat to the belly area, research is demonstrating that estrogen is not the only hormone responsible for this phenomenon.

It turns out that stress and stress related hormones have been linked to excessive fat storage around the abdominal area. How you ask? Apparently it’s a result of the flight or fight instinct that our distant ancestors were so dependent upon for survival.

During times of stress, mental or physical, the body releases corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH). This generates a release of the hormones adrenaline and cortisol.

The adrenaline released results in instant energy and increased strength. This is what allows people to do superhuman things, like the woman that lifts the car that fell on her son.

Meanwhile, cortisol is responsible for bringing the body back into balance after the stressful event. In other words, cortisol’s job is to stimulate the appetite to replace the carbohydrates and fat that should of been burned while fleeing or fighting the stressful event.

However, as most of you know, today’s sources of stress rarely result in calorie expenditure. Stress today is more likely to result in people sitting with frustration or anger while reaching for something to eat.

But the body doesn’t know that it did not expend any calories during the most recent stressful event. So cortisol is still expected to perform by increasing the appetite for carbohydrates and fat.

A recent study conducted by researchers at Yale University and published in the September 2000 issue of Psychosomatic Medicine suggests that cortisol may actually cause fat to be stored in the center of the body. Couple that fact with the fact that the fat cells located in the belly area are richer with stress hormone receptors than fat cells located elsewhere and you have recipe for abdominal obesity.

If the added belly fat is not distressing enough, it should also be noted that belly fat has been linked to an increased risk of developing heart disease.

Never fear, there is a way to combat belly fat generated from stress, it’s exercise. Exercise works to prevent belly fat generated from stress, by reducing the levels of stress hormones in your body. That’s right, vigorous exercise generates beta-endorphins. These endorphins are responsible for calming the body down and reducing the level of stress hormones in the body!

How much exercise does one need to combat belly fat in times of stress? I suggest 20-30 minutes of a physical activity you enjoy. Whether it be a 20-30 minute vigorous walk or a weight training session. Just so long as you get the body moving and releasing those beta-endorphins.

Of course exercise also helps to combat belly fat simply by burning calories. This way when cortisol increases your appetite you will have expended the carbohydrate and fat calories during your workout. Allowing cortisol do its job and preventing those extra calories from being stored on your belly.

But do not go overboard, exercising too hard for too long can also generate cortisol. This defeats the purpose of using exercise to combat cortisol and its belly fat generating affects.

So, the next time you start to get stressed out, instead of sitting and chewing food in your frustration, get up and take a 10 minute vigorous walk. This will help beat those stress hormones by releasing beta-endorphins and taking your mind off the thing stressing you out.

Tips for combating stressed out belly fat:

  • Exercise a minimum of 20-30 minutes, 3 days a week
  • Eat small balanced meals 5-6 times a day
  • Snack on whole grain high fiber foods
  • Set time aside to do activities you enjoy
  • Avoid excessive amounts of caffeine, alcohol & cigarettes, these items in excess have been shown to raise cortisol levels.
  • Get your sleep, lack of sleep will also increase cortisol levels.

By incorporating these tips you will be able to stop belly fat before it starts!

How Women Can Manage Their Fears, Depression, OCD, And Other Stresses

Some women may experience those times when their fears,
anxieties, and depression are stronger than what they can
handle. There are times that no matter what they do, their fears
have the best of them. As a result, here is a brief list of
techniques that women can use to help manage their every day
anxieties, stresses, and fears.

When facing a current or upcoming task that overwhelms you with
a lot of anxiety, divide the task into a series of smaller steps
and then complete each of the smaller tasks one at a time.
Completing these smaller tasks will make the stress more
manageable and increases your chances of success.

Sometimes we get stressed out when everything happens all at
once. When this happens, take a deep breathe and try to find
something to do for a few minutes to get your mind off of the
problem. A person can get some fresh air, listen to some music,
or do an activity that will give them a fresh perspective on
things.

Sometimes we encounter a scary situation that gets us all upset.
When encountering these events, always remember to get all of
the facts of the given situation. Gathering the facts can
prevent us from relying on exaggerated and fearful assumptions.
By focusing on the facts, a person can rely on what is reality
and what is not.

In dealing with your anxieties, learn to take it one day at a
time. Instead of worrying about how you will get through the
rest of the week, try to focus on today. Each day can provide us
with different opportunities to learn new things and that
includes learning how to deal with your problems. You never know
when the answers you are looking for will come to your doorstep.
We may be ninety-nine percent correct in predicting the future,
but all it takes is for that one percent to make a world of
difference.

At times, a person might encounter a fearful thought that may be
difficult to manage. When this happens, visualize a red stop
sign, which can serve as a reminder to stop thinking about that
thought. Regardless of how scary the thought may be, do not
dwell on it. This technique is good in dealing with obsessive
and scary thoughts.

Sometimes, it helps to be able to talk to someone about our
stressful situations. Talking to a trusted friend, counselor, or
clergyman can not only make us feel better, but they can give
you additional advice and insights on how to deal with your
current problem. Managing your fears and anxieties takes
practice. In time, you will become better able to deal with your
stressful problems.

As a layman, I have over fifteen years of experience in dealing
with fear and anxiety. At times, my fears had the best of me,
however I never gave up and I was always determined to find the
answers to my problems. Regardless of how difficult it may be to
manage your fears and anxieties, the answers are out there if
you look hard enough.

Impotence, Infertility, and Sterility (Part 1)

Male impotence and sterility and female infertility and sterility are major problems and concerns today and are very widespread. Impotence, infertility, and sterility are sexual dysfunctions or dysfunctions of the reproductive system. They are degenerative diseases and are therefore caused by poor or improper diet and lifestyle and therefore can be reversed. They are also psychological (and mental) diseases as well, and again, they can be reversed.

In traditional Djehuty fashion, I always begin with or like to begin by defining and breaking down a thing or word so that the meaning can be digested in the mind.

What is impotence?

Impotence derives from the Latin word impotentia [Lat: im “not,” and potentia power]. 1. weakness. 2. inability of the adult male to achieve penile erection or, less commonly, to ejaculate having achieved an erection. Several forms are recognized. Functional impotence has a psychological basis. Anatomic impotence results from physically defective genitalia. Atonic impotence involves disturbed neuromuscular function. Poor health, age, drugs, and fatigue can inhibit normal sexual function. SOURCE: Mosby’s Medical Dictionary, 3rd Edition (1990)

Basically, impotence implies that a man lacks the power to achieve erection or cannot maintain an erection or cannot maintain an erection long enough to ejaculate. This is a very serious problem if a couple wants to conceive a child and start a family.

A penis must be at a 90 angle (erect state) to help create and reproduce a life by penetrating the female vagina. Impotence renders the penis at 0 - 33 angle, which is just not going to get the job done. Numerology (study of numbers) bears witness that the number 9 is the number of life and the number 90 is: 9 + 0, which equals 90, for any number times (multiplied by) zero equals that particular or specific number. A woman normally carries a child in her womb for 9 months. Mathematically, number 9 is the number of reproduction for the number 9 is the only number that when you time (or multiply) it by another number, it will equate to number 9. Example:

9 X 2 = 18, which is 1 and 8, and 1 + 8 = 9
9 X 5 = 45, which is 4 and 5, and 4 +5 = 9
9 X 12 = 108, which is 1, 0, and 8, and 1 + 0 + 9 = 9

Try this yourself! Simply times (or multiply) any number by number 9 and see what the end result is when you add all those numbers together.

Devout western religious brethren, contrary to what you believe or have been erroneously taught, especially my beloved Christian brethren, numerology is NOT of the devil or demonic in nature. Numerology deals with mathematics which is the language of God. We are in the Age of Aquarius and must get with the times metaphysically or perish because I think we can all bear witness that what we have is not working or working optimally and God is not a half-stepper. With God, it’s all or nothing. So you can’t be an embracer of God and be plagued by so many pathologies, diseases, and disorders and personal and social dramas of life to the point that they rob you of an abundance of life and optimal health, or in addition, that you cannot solve all of these dramas (problems) of life. Problems are solved (worked out). I don’t mean to make anyone feel bad or down, but I have a duty to incite people think in order to stimulate and galvanize them into action, for religious faith is borne witness by actions. Jesus himself instructed the Christian believer and follower to not be a hearer of the word, but a DOER of the word. The word “do” implies ACTION!

So, men, in order to reproduce (in many cases, yourself via the birth of a son or male child), you cannot be impotent and must be able to achieve a 90 angle for penetration of the sacred cave of life (vagina, Yoni). The penis in an erect state at 90 vibrationally proclaims the secret password into the sacred cave of life, which password was “Open, sesame,” which was related to the Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) word seshemu, which meant “sexual intercourse.” The hieroglyphic sign of seshemu was a penis inserted into an arched yoni-symbol.

So, what causes impotence? The number one cause undoubtedly is poor diet and lifestyle. Excessive consumption of meat (dead animal’s flesh), dairy (liquefied cow snot or mucus), and starch plays a pivotal role in impotence. Starch by far would have to be the number one thing to leave alone in order to reverse impotence. Starch is that stuff used by dry cleaning services to STIFFEN your clothes. If starch stiffens your clothes, what do you think starch will do to your penis? So cut back or cut our starchy foods (white rice, yellow corn, white potatoes, etc.). Eat brown or wild (black) rice, blue corn, and the colored potatoes (red, purple).

Meat and dairy will put animal fat and cholesterol into your body which will greatly impair circulation throughout the body including the male genitalia. The penis is a sponge (organ comprised of tissue) that becomes erect by the veins of the penis circulating oxygen and blood flow to it causing it to swell up and creating girth (roundness of the head of the penis) which is important in stimulating the vagina during coitus or lovemaking. American males would be wise to refrain from eating high fatty foods and fatty oils. Your sex life depends on it!

I can’t forget about eating eggs (female chicken ova). Eggs create toxicity in the body and also cause hormonal imbalance in males.

Protein? Unnatural sources of protein (meat, eggs, etc.) cause toxicity and excessive uric acid in the body. Protein malutilization is the number one cause of food-based development of cancer in the body. What are meat and dairy in technical terms? PROTEIN!

As a street minister back in the day or in my embryonic conscious days, I used to warn young African-American males to leave certain beer brands (Old English, St. Ides, etc.) and fried chicken sold exclusively in black urban areas alone due to the chemical substance “potassium nitrate” being heavily laced in these products to curb birth rates or population growth of African-Americans who were deemed useless eaters, expendable, or undesirables by government eugenicists covertly working in the food industry. Potassium nitrate was once used in the food of the U.S. military apparatus. Potassium nitrate is commonly known as “salt peter” which makes the penis limp. The U.S. government allowed this substance in the food of male military members to help curb the high rape rate of foreign women by U.S. military men. Potassium nitrate makes for a very controversial subject with some people agreeing that it has an adverse effect on the male apparatus (penis) and others disagreeing. Based upon my research I agree that it does in fact have an adverse effect on the male apparatus.

You can believe it or not, but impotence is very high amongst African-American men today. There are still a lot of studs and Mandingos out there, but there are also a lot of Willie Lump Lumps too. I know firsthand, because I’m an herbalist and get a lot of requests for help in this area from men, young and old alike. And yes, these men are very embarrassed about their situation, because subconsciously, they know it is a basic and primal function.

While the impotence rates of African-American males are high these days, the impotence rates of white men or European males are even higher. Impotence was always a luxury disease for the most part because it was the wealthy males who could afford to eat steak, smoke the best cigars, snort the finest grade of cocaine, and drink the best wines on a daily basis. All of these played and plays and major role in impotence.

Cigarette and marijuana smoking will hamper erection. The byproduct of smoking is carbon monoxide which has an affinity for the blood ten times greater than that of oxygen. Cigarettes and drugs cause degeneration of the sex gland and reproductive system. The result is impotence or low sperm count.

Drinking alcoholic beverages causes weakness of the penis and also causes degeneration of the male reproductive system. Remember, American wine is processed with ether (sleeping gas) and formaldehyde (embalming fluid). So how is a man going to be aware and alive for the sex act if his eyes are bloodshot red and droopy (sleepiness) and his penis cannot become erect due to being stiff from being indirectly embalmed? Billboards, especially those in urban areas and communities, always promote alcohol consumption and sex. True, a lot of sex occurs when folks get drunk, but what is the quality of that sex, and God forbid, what type of child is conceived from such sex and mental state of mind?

Over a long period of time, consumption of alcohol will greatly sabotage a man’s ability to perform in the sex act. It is already an established fact that alcohol impairs motor skills and coordination, two functions of the brain and I have always said that the most important sex organ is not between a man or woman’s leg, but between their ears - the brain! The brain is the motor or device that controls sexuality.

Men should also refrain from wearing tight underwear (briefs) too, and start wearing boxers. Poor circulation due to smothering of the testicles leads to low sperm count and production in addition to penile weakness (impotence).

And lastly on this note, excessive and meaningless sex will undoubtedly cause premature degeneration of the male reproductive system.

Reflections On Recharging

It was the tired chiming of a well-loved mantel clock whose
batteries were in need of replacement that reminded me of how
precious time truly is, how it marches on even when one is at a
standstill in life. Strange that a sound that for so many years
had always brought a feeling of comfort could bring such a
urgent feeling of unfulfillment. Once a pleasant sound that I
was able to keep up with, which had beat strongly in time with
me, ticking to the many changes in my new life after the divorce
and following me to the many different homes as I began an
exciting life as newly single, then once again in a committed
relationship. Now, the chiming seemed a haunting reminder of the
many dreams that I had yet to carry through.

How is it that a mere four years earlier I had felt so young and
confident in my new life, certain in my conviction that I was
moving forward, striving towards a goal of independence. Why is
it that I am feeling so worn out and unsure of myself these
days? Perhaps it is because each morning when I look in the
mirror I do not recognize that drawn face, having lost myself to
the many needs of my family, those who I love completely and
almost to a fault. Daily I willingly do for them just what they
need and expect of me. Perhaps I need to reflect on what it is
that I need for myself.

Certainly, I cannot get enough of my beautiful, sweet grandson,
soon to be a year old, (and how can it be that a year has passed
so soon?) But, while babysitting him, at times a guilt creeps in
telling me that I need to be more productive at work. True, it
is fortunate that I have a career that enables me to work at an
office at home, wise I was that I chose this path so that I
could be there for my daughters while they were growing up, so
why not do the same with my dear little grandson?

Time, is the reason. Time has stolen my youth and left behind a
little nuisance called aging. At age 46 I just do not have the
stamina that I used to have. How can that be, when just a few
years ago I was energetically starting out in a new life, dating
and socializing. The past several years had been a whirlwind of
nonstop drama while raising two teenage daughters who suffered
much following an emotional divorce and falling completely in
love with an intelligent, generous, albeit complex and difficult
man. While outwardly I had maintained an optimistic outlook
regarding the turmoil of that divorce, inside I felt a huge
guilt and enormous pain at the ending of a 20 year marriage. All
of that has deeply adhered to my inner self, taking its toll on
me.

This past year alone, in disbelief, I have watched my oldest
daughter become a capable loving mother. I say disbelief because
it feels like only last week that it was I becoming that same
loving mother, cradling my precious daughter in my arms for the
first time as I rocked her quietly in the night. After becoming
a grandmother I know for the first time just what that phrase
‘time is fleeting’ means. Yes, this past year has brought
many occasions for me to feel that clock ticking faster, as well
as hear it. My youngest daughter has gone away to a University,
finding her own way on a large campus in Chicago, confidently
juggling the train, taxi’s, work and college schedules. How can
it be that this is the same little girl who cried broken
heartedly when she struggled with her tap dancing. I am proud
beyond words that my daughters are becoming successful in the
paths that they have chosen. I like to think that I had some
part in them turning out to the confident, smart, lovely and
grounded young women that they are.

Now, the time has come for me to turn my attention to myself. I
have known that I need to do this for quite a while, but have
not made a concerted effort to make the time to really think
extensively about what it is I want to do for myself, which
dreams I want to hold on to and which ones to let go. Perhaps in
doing so, I will move forward, gaining a new vitality and energy
in this second phase of my life. In doing so I hope to become a
more vibrant woman, better armed for all the many demands that
those that I love dearly place on my.

But first, I must replace those batteries in the mantel clock so
that it will return to its original performance, steadfast in
keeping time to the rapid pace of my new beginning

Wedding Bouquet - On a Mission Keeping Up With Tradition

Flower bouquets the button hole and centre pieces will always be
one of the star attractions at weddings. Flower posy/bouquets
denote a blossoming maiden which evidently helps reflect her
feelings and emotions. The planning of the wedding bouquet takes
just as much careful thought behind getting it right for on the
day as that of the wedding gown. Whatever race/religion,
bouquets will still always be seen as a tradition to be kept.
The more of natures natural beauties lining church pews/aisles
will send out a lingering aromatic fragrance and a vast amount
of colour to brighten up your day.

What to take into consideration when choosing your wedding
bouquet:

1. By choosing seasonal flowers you will save time and money, if
you insist on blooms out of season then you may find they have
to be shipped in from another country. Time is important when
you order and receive the flowers, you will want them fresh
therefore a stronger sweet smelling scent.

2. If you have silk flowers in mind then better still this way
you are guaranteed your particular favourite flower no matter
the time of year so no need to put the wedding on hold. 3. Do
not make the mistake of letting the bouquet outshine or cover
your figure if you are of petite frame the reason being is, your
posture maybe affected thus giving off the wrong image of how
your wedding gown should look. If the elegant style of the gown
is to stay then make sure to choose pastels instead of strong
vibrant colours. (Depending on the wedding outfit of course)

4. Make sure that your flowers still hold up for late afternoon
photo shoots should your wedding service take place in the
morning. A preferred method by brides to keep the flowers fresh
while not posing in front of a camera or piling on the pounds at
the wedding feast, (who cares now you got your man)only joking
is to have a bouquet holder close at hand. Ask the florist for
advice on which flowers wilt more quickly than others, by having
this information under your garter you will at least know the
ones to avoid.

5. On your first visit to the flower shop don’t let the florist
conjure up what they think you have in mind, they are not mind
readers, It is only you at this point knows what you are looking
for. Make it easy on both yourself and the florist by taking a
photo of the style and design of the bouquet, another good idea
is to bring along a sample piece of gown fabric so that the
wedding coordinator/florist can select the correct shade of
flower to compliment the wedding dress. Additional touches to
Bouquets include ribbons lace beads or pearls.

6. Say it with flowers and mean it, why not choose a flower that
has special meaning? Take the Stephanotis which stands for
happiness in marriage, then we have the Rose denoting love and
being true, another fabulous flower is the Tulip with a meaning
declaring perfect love, why not have them all if your betrothed
means that much to you.

7. Bouquets are becoming more personalized these days so design
yours to suit your personality, everyone else is so why not you.
Clusters of flowers more widely known as nose gays can vary in
sophistication and will fit any personality. Beauty prevails in
the flower cascading bouquet which is seen a lot at traditional
weddings.

Flowers where the stems are wrapped in ribbons are called
Hand-tied bouquets. It is these bouquets that bring a casual
aura more often to garden ceremonies. We also have the
Contemporary bouquet where flowers are arranged tastefully in a
style with no geometric form but still as gorgeous as any other
hand held bridal piece, normally used in sophisticated weddings.

8. If your choice is Roses, Lilies, Orchids, Tulips, Stephanotis
or Daisies for your bridal bouquet then you have just picked the
top flowers that have dominated many a wedding in the past and
in the future to come.

Now Gain Good and Sustained Erection with Generic Viagra

It has been seen that many men at age 40-70 and even at early stage suffer from an erection problem,a sexual dysfunction which is commonly called as Impotence and medically by Erectile Dysfunction. In Erectile Dysfunction a man is unable to gain and/or sustain an erection for long enough time due to lack of enough blood flowing in his penis.Causes for Erectile dysfunction can be varied but it can be treated using a blue magic pill thats Generic Viagra.Generic Viagra is widely used now a days instead of Viagra because of two factors:First it is same as Viagra in terms of Quality and second it is sold at much cheaper rate than Viagra. So choice definetly will be Generic Viagra for almost all impotence men.Lets Review Generic Viagra Impotence Drug as follows:

What is Generic Viagra

Generic Viagra is a Generic Drugs, identical to its brand version Viagra in dosage form, safety, strength, route of administration, quality, performance characteristics and intended use.Like Viagra Generic viagra is also used to treat Erectile Dysfunction (Impotence).Although Generic Viagra is chemically equivalent to Viagra,it is typically sold on line at cheap cost.Generic Viagra is made of same active ingredient Sildenafil Citrate in same dosage form as Viagra.

Drugs available under Generic Viagra
Caverta,Kamagra,Silagra,Zenegra,Penegra,Edegra,Kamagra Oral Jelly and Meltabs are impotence drugs which are Generic Viagra.

How Generic Viagra treat Erectile dysfunction or Impotence

Generic Viagra contain Sildenafil Citrate as its most active ingredient which actually helps in getting erection. In a man suffering from Erectile Dysfunction, production of cGMP breaks down (which actually relaxes the arteries in the penis) by an enzyme called PDE-5. Because of which arteries do not sufficiently dilate and so enough blood does not reach in the penis to cause an erection. But when a man takes any of the Generic Viagra ,Sildenafil Citrate enters his bloodstream and flows throughout his body.Sildenafil Citrate of Generic Viagra attaches to the PDE-5 enzyme in his penis and disables most of it. When a man gets sexually excited, the brain sends the normal message to NANC cells in penis, producing nitric oxide (NO). The nitric oxide creates cGMP, which starts relaxing the arteries in his penis. Because the PDE-5 has already been disabled, the cGMP creation does not break down, so arteries in the penis become fully dilate. This result in more and more blood, flowing inside the penis and the penis become erect and stay erect for long enough time about four hours.

How Generic Viagra should be taken
It is recommended to take only one pill of Generic Viagra once in 24 hours.Generic Viagra pill should be taken one hour before involving in sexual activity.Depending upon how much a person got stimulated,it starts showing its effect and causes a better and sustained erection which last for 4 hours.

What are Generic viagra’s side effects
Like other impotence drug Generic Viagra also causes some common and mild side effects like Headache
• Flushing
• Stomach upset
• Running nose
• Vision changes

Breast Enhancer

In recent years, breast enhancer has become part of the fashion. Media, celebrities and television keep feeding us with shapely breasts through cosmetic surgery. Even the price of breast enhancers like silicone and saline are becoming cheaper. This gives the opportunity to the women out there who wants to improve their look.

People can choose many cosmetic surgeries. They can choose to alter their face, body or even their height. Facelifts are popular when people get older so they can chase away the wrinkles. Botox injections are also popular, apart from Vitamin C injections. These are all procedures to remove wrinkles.

In countries like Singapore, people can undergo operations to add their height. This is done by inserting some kind of element into their leg so they can gain a few inches more to their original height. It can be painful but people will do anything to look good.

Breast enhancement surgeries are counted as a blessing to the women. At a very early age, the importance of having shapely and huge breasts is seen as a necessity to every woman. Thus, it becomes a big issue to women with small or unshapely breasts. They feel ugly, alienated and threatened by their looks. In order to boost their self-esteem, women opt for breast enhancer.

Another issue that leads to breast enhancement surgery is job requirement. In this century, everybody needs to be perfect. This applies to both their work performance and their outward appearance. Women need to perform well and look well to become an asset to the company. It went up to the point when beautiful women are seen as an asset to the company, regardless of their ability to work.

Social requirements must be met too. As an example, women have to be with a boyfriend at a social gathering. Without one, they are incomplete. As women see their friends and companions are looking nicer and more beautiful, they decided to undergo treatments to improve their appearance and of course, this applies to breast enhancement too.

Breast enhancer like silicone and saline are not as expensive as it was a few years before this. However, these breast enhancers have some safety issues. Saline breast enhancer may leak easily. Women are also exposed to infections during the surgery. In addition to that, there are cases where women noticed that they have lost sensation in the surrounding areas around their breasts. These are some of the implications of doing breast enhancement surgeries. You might want to rethink your decision you are about to make to ensure your safety.

Viagra as Recreational Drug?

Alarming reports are coming in from different sections of the society on the use of Viagra as a recreational or party drug. Viagra has become a hot commodity among the young crowd ditto the high schools and colleges. It is an issue that needs immediate considerations on the part of Pfizer, the manufacturer of Viagra, the educators and the parents too. Viagra as a coming of age drug to indulge in excessive bouts of sexual play would have far reaching consequences pertaining to the society that would dwarf the physical side effects of Viagra.

A recent study found out that the number of man below 45 using Viagra has been increasing at a rapid pace. It is shocking to learn that in a matter of four years, the number of men under 45 taking Viagra has almost doubled up. And the most surprising or rather sickening trend is that almost three-fourth of the users bought Viagra without any prescription from physicians. Viagra may become a subject (pill) of mass violation, if this alarming habit is not weeded out at the earliest.

What makes Viagra so hot with the party crowd? This question needs serious contemplation considering the ever-increasing tide of Viagra users. Viagra as a sex-enhancing drug has charmed its way to occupy a permanent place in the lives of the hard party going crowd. Booze flow like river and illegal party drugs like ecstasy hold sway in every party, teenage or otherwise. With most of these substances lessening their sexual appetite and sometimes even failing to give them an erection, Viagra is looked upon as a heavenly aphrodisiac. Viagra can give them the erection when it matters most.

The famed blue pill has no competition when it comes to timely erection in the midst of a wild cocktail party. It is times like this that test the frail resolve of man to the maximum. The effect of Viagra may lead them to take unwise steps. With the sexual energy activated as in a raging bull, man goes for the lay, leaving the cautions of unsafe sex miles behind. Without any protective measures, he spreads his seeds, leaving him with a high risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases like HIV/AIDS and genital herpes.

Other than the sexually transmitted diseases, there are other worries to worry about. With the huge number of teenage users, unsafe and unwanted pregnancies are prone to hit the social scene. Many old users of Viagra may unknowingly mix other nitroglycerin heart medicines with the impotency pill that can lead to other health complications. In fact these are issues that needs to be handled with great care and caution.

A survey of the regular club goers in England showed sildenafil (Viagra) is used both inside the clubs and at homes. The users had only positive effects to tell, like enhanced sexual desire and lovemaking and feelings of warmth. Jewelry

Words fail where jewelries are concerned. Beautiful, lively and
glittering stones when binds together in a row leaves an
unimaginable impression. It is not only an accessory but a
reflection to the personality of a person. It depicts the
preferences, nature and style of an individual. Make sure you
wear jewels and metals which suits your personality.

Derived from a French word called “jouel” in 13th century, the
word jewelry resembles a
Latin called “jocale” means plaything. Evidences of early
civilization show the fashion of wearing jewelry. Earlier mainly
beads, shells and beetles were used, because of unavailability
of other metals. But with the discoveries of other metals,
preferences were highly influenced. As a status symbol, gold was
preferred during that era when they were worn by Kings and
Queens. This heavy and lustrous metal also possesses a value
that can be kept forever without loosing its original worth.
This property makes it a proud and loved possession of all
times. Different ornaments like bracelets, armlets, necklace, engagement rings, crowns
and others were made mainly in gold at that time.

On the contrary, silver has been a popular metal since the
ancient period. It is exquisite and classic. Its inexpensiveness
and tendency to take any shape has made this metal popular among
middle class of the society. Diamonds era followed after that,
the glitteriest and most beautiful in look which can be easily
worn with any other metals easily. It has a priceless and
endless beauty, that’s why it has a never ending demand.
Nowadays, platinum, a new metal on the block, is also getting
popularity because of its shining and lightness in weight. This
trendy metal can be easily mixed with gold and diamonds to give
a breathtaking experience of beauty refinement. But, it is scare
as it has no resell value, which makes its popularity linger
around.

It is not that only women wear jewels but it is also gaining
popularity among males as they like to wear jewels like rings,
chains and pendants. In west, it is fashion to wear crucifix in
a chain. So, it is always desirable and valuable. Jewels are
also kept as a property. Many people store their money in the
form of various ornaments. That’s why, it is not only fashion or
taste to wear jewels but as a convenient means of investment
also.

Female Tummy Tuck After Massive Weight Loss with Gastric Bypass

It took me a long time, 3 years, about 1-million ab-crunches and a few thousand miles on the treadmill before I gave in and decided to have a tummy tuck. After having lost weight with gastric bypass I was left with an apron of loose abdominal skin. A tummy tuck was my last hope to get rid of it.

No matter how thin I appeared, how many compliments I received, I always believed the belly bulge was the equivalent of a wart on the tip of the nose. I was certain it entered the room before me and people stared at it. I loathed how I looked naked.

A tummy tuck, abdominoplasty, is a procedure that flattens your abdomen by removing extra fat and skin, and tightens muscles in your abdominal wall. But be cautioned: This is a major surgery, it is not the easy way out

I had the tummy tuck last fall. The surgeon cut me hip to hip: I have a 20” scar to prove it. He removed the flap of skin, gave me a new belly button and did some body sculpting with liposuction on my hips and waist. Like the breast surgery, it was done in his surgical suite and I went home that evening heavily medicated. I rested in a reclining chair for several days. Everything was painful and exhausting: sitting, standing, showering, eating. I slept a lot for two weeks. I wore a surgical girdle to keep everything in place.

The surgeon closed the wound with tape and I wore a surgical drain for 10 days (sound familiar?) My body was quite swollen and this messed with my head - - I expected to wake from surgery swimsuit model perfect. Not so. In fact, my measurements after surgery were actually greater than prior to surgery. The swelling lasted, to a lesser degree, for about a month. The good news, within 3 weeks I was back to my walking program on the treadmill.

Now, six months post-op I’m happy to report a firm flat tummy. Who me? The Little Fat Girl!! The incision is still wicked ugly red and tender: wearing jeans is uncomfortable. Still, I’m happy I had the surgery, but don’t even consider asking me if I want any more surgery. I hope I’m done with that forever!

Who Are the Best Candidates For a Tummy Tuck?

A tummy tuck is suitable for both men and women who are in good general health overall.

It should not be confused with a liposuction (the cosmetic surgery used to remove fat deposits), although your surgeon may elect to perform liposuction as part of a tummy tuck.

Women who have muscles and skin stretched by multiple pregnancies may find the procedure useful to tighten those muscles and reduce that skin. A tummy tuck is also an alternative for men or women who were obese at one point in their lives and still have excessive fat deposits or loose skin in the abdominal area.

How a Tummy Tuck is Done

Depending on your desired results, this surgery can take anywhere from one to five hours. The complexity of your particular situation also will determine whether you have it completed as an in-patient or outpatient procedure.

You will receive general anesthesia, which will put you to sleep during the operation. It’s important to have someone with you who can drive you home. If you live alone, you also will need someone to stay with you at least the first night after the surgery.

There are two options for a tummy tuck. You and your surgeon will discuss your desired results, and he or she will determine the appropriate procedure during your consultation.

Complete abdominoplasty

Your abdomen will be cut from hipbone to hipbone in this procedure, the option for those patients who require the most correction. The incision will be made low, at about the same level as your pubic hair.

Your surgeon will then manipulate and contour the skin, tissue and muscle as needed. Your belly button will have a new opening if you undergo this procedure, because it’s necessary to free your navel from surrounding tissue. Drainage tubes may be placed under your skin and these will be removed in a few days as your surgeon sees fit.

Partial or mini abdominoplasty

Mini-abdominoplasties are often performed on patients whose fat deposits are located below the navel and require shorter incisions.

During this procedure, your belly button most likely will not be moved. Your skin will be separated between the line of incision and your belly button. This type of surgery may also be performed with an endoscope (small camera on the end of a tube). The procedure may only take up to two hours, again, depending on your own personal situation and the complexity of your needs.
